Numerous educational and professional experiences have properly equipped Dr. Rice with expertise in writing, proofreading, and editing. These experiences include post-secondary education during which time she earned a B.S. degree in English from Tuskegee University; an M.A. degree from Teaching College, Columbia University; and a Ph.D. from the University of Georgia. In addition to her educational training, she spent over three decades teaching high school English and college composition courses and serving in numerous college administration positions.

 

Included among her editing projects are dissertations, books, speeches, and sermons. Composition projects cover a range of projects: business correspondence, biographical writing, campaign brochures, job applications, and mission/vision statements.

 

From a very young age, Dr. Rice has admired the "well-dressed" and made every effort to emulate well-dressed people she encountered whether at school, church, or other places. Having had the opportunity to partner in a small boutique as a young professional, she became the emulated.
